Lacey Harnar, CPA, CFO, Owner + Founder
Lacey has been assisting small-business owners and real estate investors with tax strategy & planning, tax return preparation, accounting, and bookkeeping, and business success for nearly 20 years.
At an early age, she knew she had a love for business, finance, and accounting. She would spend hours counting (and recounting) her money, devising money-making strategies, and working to create budgets to accomplish her life and financial goals. Over the years, her passion for business and financial health has taken different forms. She and her husband have grown a portfolio of rental properties, presented financial literacy classes, and offered financial counseling to individuals and fellow businesses owners.
Lacey graduated from Missouri Southern State University with a double major BSBA: Accounting and Economics/Finance.
Lacey is a resident of the amazing and unique Peachtree City, GA. She loves creating days that are full of intention and purpose. While her work and clients are important to her, living a balanced and rich life takes priority. Outside of business, Lacey enjoys spending time with her family, running & fitness, strengthening her mind and mindset, and traveling.

Daniel Conley, Client Services
Through many years of consulting work for various organizations, Daniel has contributed to the success of small-businesses and non-profits alike. A passion for excellence in entrepreneurial achievements and strength in overcoming obstacles for himself and those around him make Daniel a valuable asset to Pathway CPA Group and our clients.
Originally from the east coast, Daniel and his family now live in their dream location: a beautiful and inspiring area in western Montana. Daniel’s biggest success and joy is his family. He enjoys hiking, fishing, hunting, and exploring the beautiful wilderness of Montana with his wife, and their four children.
Ty Harnar, Operations + Team Support
Prior to joining Pathway CPA Group, Ty spent nearly 15 years serving the public with the Social Security Administration. His workload management and client relations experience from SSA, combined with years of banking, lending, and real estate investing experience, have provided Ty with the right skills to support our team, our day-to-day business operations, and our marketing.
Ty is a graduate of Missouri Southern State University with a BSBA in Marketing.
Ty is a resident of Peachtree City, GA. He enjoys spending time with Lacey and their kids, exploring beautiful north Georgia and the east coast, visiting white-sand beaches, listening to podcasts, and sipping a bourbon while reading a Tolkien book.
